I am Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical History & Bioethics within the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
My areas of research include: public health ethics, the foundations of justice in the distribution of health and health care, ethical issues in health care priority setting and resource allocation, and the proper response to moral disagreement in bioethics, health care policy, and the regulation of the medical professions.
